A Special Meeting of the City Council was called at 7:00 pm for the purpose of conducting City business.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Constantine called the City Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Deputy City Clerk Angie Gonzalez called the roll.

The Youth Action Council recognized and thanked outgoing Mayor Rich Constantine and Council Member John McKay.
City Manager Turner thanked Mayor Constantine and Council Member John McKay for their service.
City Attorney Larkin shared stories of his years with the Mayor and Council Member.
Mayor Pro Tem Borgioli thanked Mayor Constantine and Council Member John McKay.
Council Member Spring thanked his colleagues for their service.
Council Member Martinez Beltran thanked her colleagues for their service.

Adopt resolution reciting the facts of the General Municipal Election of November December 14, 2022
3 8, 2022, and declaring the results of such other matters as provided by law.
City Clerk Michelle Bigelow provided the report.
