Mayor Turner called the City Council workshop to order at 5:00 pm.

CITY COUNCIL MID-YEAR GOAL REVIEW WORKSHOP
Review and discuss:
1. Team Morgan Hill Department Updates
2. 2022-2023 Sustainable Morgan Hill, including Vision, Ongoing Priorities, and Strategic Priorities
3. 2022-2023 Strategic Priorities Workplan
4. Future Council Initiated Agenda Items
5. City Council Norms and Ethics Policy
6. Code of Conduct for Public Meetings
7. Rosenberg’s Rules of Order
City Manager Christina Turner started the workshop with an overview of the agenda for the evening.
The leadership team introduced themselves and provided department updates.
City Manager Christina Turner gave an overview of the Sustainable Morgan Hill document, the Strategic Priorities Workplan, and the Future Council Initiated Agenda Items.
The meeting recessed at 6:03 pm and reconvened at 6:10 p.m.

City Attorney Don Larkin provided a report on Rosenberg's Rules of Order.
City Manager Christina Turner discussed the Sustainable Morgan Hill document.
FUTURE COUNCIL INITIATED AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Turner would like a conversation regarding youth sports and recreation tourism at the Sports Complex and the Aquatics Center. He would also like to discuss some options for funding public art.
Council Member Martinez Beltran would like to revisit the Economic Blueprint and discuss tourism. She would also like to discuss murals on buildings off of Highway 101.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Turner adjourned the meeting at 7:51 pm.
