Mayor Turner called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.

BUDGET WORKSHOP
1. REVIEW THE CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED FY 2024-25 AND FY 2025- 26 BIENNIAL OPERATING AND FY 2024-25 THROUGH FY 2029-30 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGETS
Recommendation:
Review and discuss the Recommended Budgets, including Community Funding requests.
City Manager Christina Turner provided an overview of the workshop. She then shared the biennial budget process. She provided an explanation of the City's various funds. She provided a high-level overview of the budget and turned the presentation over to Finance Director Dat Nguyen. Public Services Director Chris Ghione went through the Capital Improvement Budget. The Council reviewed and discussed the City council budget and CommunityFunding.
