City Council Closed Session Meeting - April 23, 2024
1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m., with all members present.

3. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
City Manager Yvonne Kimball offered comments on Item 4.b as she was not able to attend the meeting during Council discussion of that item. She left a list with the City Attorney of items she noticed in her predecessor's contract she hoped Council would consider for parity purposes. She thanked the Council for the step increase and shared she enjoys her work and looks forward to the future.

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
