1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with all members present.

Tara Patterson, Morro Bay, offered comments on item 4.c and shared that she is a tenant of Bayfront Marina and hopes the City and Master Lease Holder can come to a solution.
