1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom established a quorum and called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm, with all but Council Member Ford present.

Eric Newton, The Libertine Pub, provided a brief history of the project and looks forward to signing the lease and starting construction.

The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
