Recommended Action
Receive a presentation on the results of the 2025-27 public goal-setting process, take public testimony, deliberate with the assistance of the facilitator and adopt recommended goals and objectives with any decided modifications.
Direct staff to return to the City Council with the Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26, including refined objectives and specific action items to implement the new goals.
