5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Public Comments:
The City Council reconvened in Open Session and Interim City Attorney Schultz announced that with regard to Interim City Manager appointment, action was taken that required reporting under the Brown Act. The Council voted 4-1, with Council Member Edwards opposed, to appoint Andrea Leuker as Interim City Manager. With regard to Public Employee Employment of the City Attorney, no action was taken that required reporting under the Brown Act.
