Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda.
Betty Winholtz, Morro Bay, spoke in response to a letter from Jeff Heller regarding the Morro Elementary site. She provided background on the letter and stated that we believe the city is on the right track, noting she wants the city to remain in control of the project rather than the developer.
Garrett Rose, Morro Bay Seafood Company, LLC, stated that he hopes the city will consider their proposal.
