Public Comments:
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with all members present.
Council Member Edwards announced she was participating remotely under SB 707 "just cause" provisions due to a medical condition and that no other adults were present in the remote location.

Public Comments:
Paul Gillen, Associated Pacific, stated the lease terms offered to him through staff were acceptable except that he hoped to negotiate a 50 year lease, or as close to that as possible.
