1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 5:02 p.m. Mayor Jeffrey Collings called the meeting to order.

2. Interview and possible appointment of Downtown Enhancement Advisory Committee Member Council interview of applicant Ashley Hagge.
COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint Ashley Hagge to the Downtown Enhancement Advisory Committee.
