STANDING AGENDA ITEMS
1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 9:02 a.m. Mayor Jeffrey Collings called the meeting to order.
Council Members Present: Redmond, Stackfleth, Clure, Collings, Stearns Council Members Absent: None
2. Discussion and Possible Action: Appointment of Planning Commissioner Council discussion regarding the appointment of a Planning Commissioner.
Motion made by Councilmember Stackfleth to appoint Nion Sheppard, motion seconded by Councilmember Clure. Councilmember Stearns made a motion to appoint Nick Joslin, motion failed for lack of a second.
COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint Nion Sheppard to the Planning Commission.

AYES: Stackfleth, Clure, Redmond
NAYS: Stearns, Collings
ABSENT: None

3. Adjourn: There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
