1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 5:00 p.m. Mayor Jeffrey Collings called the meeting to order.

2. Interview and possible appointment of Committee Applicant City Council interview of Committee applicant Dean Whetstine.
Evelyn Callas – Comments in support of the appointment of Dean Whetstine.
COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint Dean Whetstine to the Library Tax Advisory Committee.
