1. Call to Order and Flag Salute: At the hour of 5:32 p.m. Mayor Collings called the meeting to order and led the audience in the flag salute.

Jeff Knowles, Alta Planning – Presentation of plan, review of edits made to plan since the previous meeting, review of letters of support, key changes.

Discussion and Possible Action: State Transportation Improvement Program Amendment for the Reconstruction of Lake Street to Perform Traffic Calming and Seek a Transportation Grant Writer Muriel Howarth Terrell, Finance Director – Review of staff report, recommended grant amendment for traffic calming measures on Lake Street and for a grant writer.
