1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 4:33 p.m. Mayor Tessa Clure called the meeting to order.

2. Interview and possible appointment of Recreation and Parks District Board Member City Council interview of Board Applicants:
a. Jimmy Smith
b. Matthew Hilliard
Review of applicant backgrounds and qualifications. Questions from City Council.
Ken Brummel-Smith, Rec and Park District Board Member – Comments regarding Board activities.
Clarifying questions from Council and Council discussion.
Recess: 5:18 p.m. – 5:21 p.m.
Council discussion.
COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint Jimmy Smith to the Recreation and Parks District Board.
