Background: The City relies on APEX IT to maintain and monitor the City’s data storage which utilizes Amazon Web Services for cloud storage. Background: In February of this year, the City Council adopted an ordinance increasing Councilmember compensation from $220 to $300 per month. This increase would take effect after the next City Council is seated after the certification of the November election. At the April 22nd City Council meeting, Mayor Stackfleth requested that the increase be ‘rolled back’ before it takes effect. For the increase to be suspended, Council will need to amend the Ordinance that was adopted in February.
