1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 5:04 p.m. Mayor Stackfleth called the meeting to order and led the audience in the flag salute. Councilmembers Stearns and Collings attended the meeting remotely.

2. Interview of Applicant and Possible Appointment of Recreation and Parks District Board Member Council interviewed applicant Michael Bradley.
Council Action: Appoint Michael Bradley to the Recreation and Parks District Board.
