1. Call to Order and Roll Call: At the hour of 4:30 p.m. Mayor Stackfleth called the meeting to order.

2. Approving Ballot Argument for Measure B: Public Safety Tax Measure Todd Juhasz, City Manager – Introduction of the item, review of proposed ballot argument signers Ron Cervelli and Gino Fiorucci.
Clarifying questions from Council.
No public comment.
Council Action: Approve CCR-24-24, authorizing Ron Cervelli and Gino Fiorucci to sign the ballot argument for the public safety tax measure known as Measure B.
