1. Call to Order At the hour of 4:32pm, Mayor Glaubman called the meeting to order and led the audience in the flag salute
Council Members Present: Collings, Stackfleth, Glaubman. Councilmember Redmond arrived at 4:33pm; Councilmember Clure arrived at 4:39pm.

CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL (POTENTIAL LITIGATION) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(3), a point has been reached where there is significant exposure to litigation against the City.
Number of Potential Cases: 2
Public Comment: None
At 4:33pm, the City Council leaves the chambers to deliberate in closed session.
The City Council returns to the chambers at 5:44pm.

Mayor Glaubman – Reports that the Council discussed agendized items with no action taken.
