2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL (POTENTIAL LITIGATION) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(3), a point has been reached where there is significant exposure to litigation against the City.

Public Comment:
Anastasia Sprout – Asks question regarding identity of Montague City Attorney.
At the hour of 4:08pm, the City Council adjourns to deliberate in closed session.
The City Council returns to open session at 5:03pm.
Report on Closed Session:
Andrew L. Jared, City Attorney – Reports that the City Council discussed the agendized item with no action taken.
3. Adjourn There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:04pm.
