4212 (Lennar)
- Lennar starting DRC architect review process
- Currently revising proposed architecture in
response to first-round review comments
2 Infrastructure & Civil
Improvements
• Civil or grading plans in review for:
- Neighborhood F: Tracts 4210 & 4211
- Neighborhood H: Tract 4212 & 4216
- Neighborhood K: Lakeview Area
3 Commercial &
Community Development
• Mountain House Sports Center at Mountain House
Logistics Center:
• Includes adaptive reuse of 55,000 square feet
• Proposed project includes a mix of recreation uses to include badminton and pickleball courts, open weight
room, lockers, restrooms, and concessions

• Fire Station # 2: Grand Opening on 06/25/2025
• Water Quality Basin 1: Design plans are currently being revised
• Byron Road Rehabilitation Project: Staff awaits submittal of plans from the developer and design team
