RECOMMENDATION
Adopt an Ordinance of the City of Mountain View Amending the Zoning Map from the R3 -2.5 (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to the P(38) (El Camino Real Precise Plan) for the Property Located at 1873 Latham Street, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report). (First reading: 7-0)
BACKGROUND
On February 8, 2022, the City Council introduced an ordinance (Attachment 1) to approve a Zoning Map Amendment from the R3 -2.5 (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to the P(38) (El Camino Real Precise Plan) for the property Located at 1873 Latham Street in conjunction with a new mixed-use project.
This is a second reading of the ordinance for the Zoning Map Amendment. If approved, the Zoning Map Amendment will become effective on April 7, 2022.
FISCAL IMPACT—None.
