A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO CHANGE THE FEES FOR
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed and analyzed the cost of providing various City services and allocated overhead costs throughout City departments; and
WHEREAS, the City seeks to achieve and maintain financial stability through reasonable cost recovery, where appropriate, to allow the City to continue to provide cost-effective services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mountain View that the following fees are hereby adopted as set forth in the schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as:
Exhibit A: Fee Schedule for the Community Development Department, as revised April 12, 2022, to become effective on April 12, 2022, or such other date as detailed in the exhibit.

FEE SCHEDULE—COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
1 The City Manager may waive the overstay fee during the off-peak hours at any location. Any fee waiver will be indicated as part of the standard notification of all fees given to electric vehicle charger users before initiating a charging session.
