1. Schedule for the Day:
a. 8:00 a.m. Sign In at Front Office
b. 8:15 a.m. Set Up
c. 9:19 a.m. Period 2 Training session
d. 9:58 a.m. Period 3 Training session
e. 10:50 a.m. Period 4 Training session
f. 11:29 a.m. Period 5 Training session
g. Lunch
h. 12:53 p.m. Period 6 Training session
i. 1:27 p.m. Period 7 Training session
j. 2:06 p.m. Period 8 Training
k. 3:00 p.m. After school bike checks
l. 3:30 p.m. Strike
m. 4:00 p.m. Return equipment to City Hall
2. For each training session (35 minutes)
a. Student Attendance and stations assignment (5 mins)
P.E Teachers assign students a station number to take attendance b. Students gather at the blacktop (5 mins)
c. Opening remarks (3 mins)
d. Students are directed to stations (6 mins per station, 1 min per transition).
