A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
DESIGNATING SEVEN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF, WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 6:00 A.M.
PURSUANT TO MOUNTAIN VIEW CITY CODE SECTION 19.71
WHEREAS, Chapter 19 of the Mountain View City Code prohibits and restricts parking under various circumstances; and
WHEREAS, Section 19.71 of the Mountain View City Code provides that parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is prohibited at locations designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Mountain View City Code Section 19.71, the City Council desires to designate said streets, or portions thereof , that will be subject to the 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. parking restriction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mountain View that pursuant to Mountain View City C ode Section 19.71, the parking of any vehicles between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is prohibited at the locations designated below in Table 19.71:
