At 8:43 a.m., Mayor Ramirez called the meeting to order.

FACILITATED CITY COUNCIL TEAM-BUILDING SESSION4.
4.1 Facilitated City Council Team-Building Session
The Council engaged in a facilitated dialogue regarding celebrating accomplishments, reviewing norms for working together, Council roles and responsibilities and public meeting management.
Greg Larson facilitated the meeting.
At 9:41 a.m., Councilmember Kamei left the dais. Councilmember Kamei returned to the dais at 9:45 a.m.
At 10:45 a.m., Mayor Ramirez recessed the meeting. The meeting reconvened at 10:57 a.m. with all Councilmembers present.
At 11:15 a.m., Councilmember Kamei left the dais. Councilmember Kamei returned to the dais at 11:38 a.m.
By consensus, the Council referred consideration of updating the parliamentary procedures

found in City Council Policy A-13 to the Council Policy and Procedures Committee. The Council also directed staff to hold the June 28 City Council meeting as a hybrid meeting allowing both in-person and virtual participation.
