SPECIAL MEETING – THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2022
BY TELECONFERENCE WITH NO PHYSICAL MEETING LOCATION
1:00 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER
This Special Meeting was conducted to meet the required Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) Public Hearing for the 1100 La Avenida Apartment development in Mountain View, California. This meeting was called to order on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. via teleconference, with no physical meeting location by the City of Mountain View Community Development Department.
A notice of this hearing was published in the Palo Alto Daily Post on October 7, 2022 (the “Notice”). The purpose of this meeting was to hear public comments regarding the City of Mountain View’s proposed issuance of multi -family housing revenue bonds for the above-referenced projects.
