TITLE: Middlefield Park Master Plan
Development Agreement Ordinance

RECOMMENDATION
Adopt an Ordinance of the City of Mountain View Approving a Development Agreement for the Middlefield Park Master Plan Project Generally Located at the Northeast Corner of Ellis Street and East Middlefield Road and North of West Maude Avenue, Between Logue Avenue and Clyde Avenue, Mountain View, California, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report). (First reading: 6-0-1; Hicks recused)
SUMMARY
On November 15, 2022, the City Council held a public hearing and approved the first reading of an ordinance for a Development Agreement (DA) between the City of Mountain View and Google LLC to implement the Middlefield Park Master Plan (Attachment 2 —Council Report Dated November 15, 2022). This Consent item is the second reading and final adoption of the ordinance for the DA. If adopted, the ordinance and DA will be effective on January 12, 2023.
FISCAL IMPACT—None.

The City Council’s agenda is advertised on Channel 26, and the agenda and this Council report will appear on the City’s website. The ordinance was published at least two days prior to the adoption in accordance with City Charter Section 522.
