TITLE: 1265 Montecito Avenue—Zoning Map
Amendment (Second Reading)
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt an Ordinance of the City of Mountain View Approving a Zoning Map Amendment from the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to the R4 (High -Density Residential) Zoning District for the Property Located at 1265 Montecito Avenue, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to Council report). (First reading: 7-0)
SUMMARY
On December 6, 2022, the City Council held a public hearing and introduced an ordinance to adopt a Zoning Map Amendment (Attachment 1) in conjunction with the approval of a 100% affordable residential development at 1265 Montecito Avenue (see Attachment 2 —Council Report). This is a second reading of the ordinance for the Zoning Map Amendment , which is required by the City Charter. If approved, the ordinance will become effective on January 6, 2023.
FISCAL IMPACT—None.
