APPOINTING JOAN MACDONALD TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION

allIlilk] 11[ evil 13104to] LTA IL IIaII1qWHEREAS, the Council AppointmentsReview Committee ( CARC) held a duly noticedpublicmeeting on March 1, 2023, duringwhich the CARC interviewedtwo applicants for one unexpiredterm on the HumanRelationsCommissionand four applicantsfor two unexpiredterms on the PerformingArts Committee; and WHEREAS, the
CARC recommendedthe appointment of Joan MacDonaldto the HumanRelationsCommission and appointment of Carol Donahueand David Garciato the PerformingArts Committee; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED: that
the City Councilof the Cityof MountainViewhereby appoints: Joan MacDonald to the HumanRelationsCommissionfor the unexpiredterm ending December31, 2024; and Carol Donahue
and David Garciato the PerformingArts Committee for the unexpiredtermsending December 31, 2026. 1-
