A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
APPOINTING JOAN MACDONALD TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
AND APPOINTING CAROL DONAHUE AND DAVID GARCIA TO THE
PERFORMING ARTS COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Council Appointments Review Committee (CARC) held a duly noticed public meeting on March 1, 2023, during which the CARC interviewed two applicants for one unexpired term on the Human Relations Commission and four applicants for tw o unexpired terms on the Performing Arts Committee; and
WHEREAS, the CARC recommended the appointment of Joan MacDonald to the Human Relations Commission and appointment of Carol Donahue and David Garcia to the Performing Arts Committee; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Mountain View hereby appoints:
Joan MacDonald to the Human Relations Commission for the unexpired term ending December 31, 2024; and
Carol Donahue and David Garcia to the Performing Arts Committee for the unexpired terms ending December 31, 2026.
