TITLE: Appoint Advisory Body Members
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Appointing Joan MacDonald to the Human Relations Commission and Appointing Carol Donahue and David Garcia to the Performing Arts Committee, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
BACKGROUND
On March 1, 2023, the Council Appointments Review Committee interviewed two applicants for openings on the Human Relations Commission and four applicants for openings on the Performing Arts Committee. The Council Appointments Review Committee made recommendations for appointments as outlined in Attachment 1.
Remaining vacancies on all boards, commissions, and committees will be advertised again for further recruitment and consideration by the Council Appointments Review Committee.
