A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $ 600, 000 FROM THE GENERAL NON - OPERATING FUND TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT 22- 37 AND APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $ 600, 000 FROM PARKS AND RECREATION STRATEGIC PLAN, PROJECT 22- 37,
TO THE PARK LAND DEDICATION FUND TO RETURN FUNDS
ORIGINALLY APPROPRIATED TO PROJECT 22- 37
WHEREAS, during the course of a fiscal year, the City Council may take actions that change or modify the City' s existing and approved budgets; and WHEREAS, the Park Land Dedication Fund provided funding in the amount of $ 600,000 to Capital Improvement Program Project 22- 37 in Fiscal Year 2021- 22; and WHEREAS, the City has determined that the funding should have been provided by the City' s General Non -Operating Fund instead of the Park Land Dedication Fund; and WHEREAS, the City needs to transfer funds back to the Park Land Dedication Fund from Project 22- 37 in the amount of $ 600, 000 and will now fund Project 22- 37 from the General Non - Operating Fund instead in the amount of $ 600, 000; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Mountain View that the following stated amount is hereby appropriated:
General Non -Operating Fund — Transfer Out Increase of $ 600, 000 General Capital Projects Fund — Transfer In Increase of $ 600, 000 General Capital Projects Fund — Transfer Out Increase of $ 600, 000 Park Land Dedication Fund — Transfer In Increase of $ 600, 000; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED: that this Resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption. 1-
