A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $14,181.48 FROM THE GENERAL NON-OPERATING FUND
TO THE GENERAL OPERATING FUND AND TO INCREASE REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES BY $14,181.48 IN THE GENERAL OPERATING FUND FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF
FIRE PERSONNEL COSTS
WHEREAS, during the course of a fiscal year, the City Council may take actions that change or modify the City’s existing and approved budgets; and
WHEREAS, the City and its Fire Department participates in mutual -aid responses to emergencies outside the City and County; and
WHEREAS, the City will seek reimbursement for qualifying mutual -aid responses such that all City costs, including personnel, equipment, and administrative costs , and responses to reimbursement-qualifying mutual aid responses do not have a net negative impact on the City’s financial position; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Mountain View that the recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in the ir entirety; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: that the following stated amount is hereby appropriated:
General Non-Operating Fund—Transfer Out Increase of $14,181.48 General Operating Fund—Transfer In Increase of $14,181.48 General Operating Fund—Revenue and Expenditure Increases of $14,181.48; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED: that this Resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption.
