A RESOLUTION OF THE SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY
OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDED FISCAL YEAR 2023- 24 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2027- 28
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY,
INCLUDING AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Regional Park Community Board heald duly noticed Study Sessions on April 3, 2023 and May 9, 2023 and included all persons wishing to be heard regarding said Recommended Fiscal Year 2023- 24 through Fiscal Year 2027- 28 Capital Improvement Program; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: that the Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community of the City of Mountain View adopts the Fiscal Year 2023- 24 through Fiscal Year 2027- 28 Capital Improvement Program, including amendments to existing projects, as recommended by the Community Manager and amended by the Board of Directors, a copy of which is on file in the Secretary' s Office.

The foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a Special Meeting of the Mountain View Shoreline Regional Park Community, duly held on the 27th day of June 2023, by the following vote:
