1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m. with Chair Matichak presiding.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Committee members Hicks, Ramirez, and Chair Matichak.
Absent: None.
3. MINUTES APPROVAL
Motion—M/S Hicks/Ramirez—Carried 3-0—Minutes for the December 15, 2022 meeting were approved without modification.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC

5. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
5.1 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO COUNCIL POLICY A-6
Senior Assistant City Attorney Mitesh Bhakta presented the item.
Committee members Hicks and Ramirez asked clarifying questions.
Chair Matichak opened the discussion to the public, and no one spoke.
Committee member Hicks made a comment about the seating arrangement and received input from City Manager Kimbra McCarthy.

The Committee members continued to discuss the item and concluded that no motion would be made at this meeting, and the Committee would discuss it at a later date.

Deputy City Manager Kimberly Thomas presented this item.
There were no comments from Committee members or the public.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:59 p.m.
