Jialin JiaoAfter moved to mountain view in 2022, we lived in a 10 min of walking distance to Cuesta Park. We noticed how busy the tennis courts there usually are as well as the popularity of the playground there. Our 6 years old daughter enjoyed the summer movie nights in different parks. We also signed up for the classes in the city's Park & Recreation program and usually feeling that there is room for improvement for some of those classes. I always wanted to connect to the local community and help out. I actually prefer finding volunteering opportunities that not necessarily popular with lots of applicant and the city needs to select people who is better fit. I want to contribute to the community and society.1. Board member of Los Altos Education Foundation (LAEF) (current) https://laefonline.org/District/1462-Untitled.html#Jialin 2.
