A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW REAPPOINTING ALEX NUÑEZ AND APPOINTING PAUL DONAHUE
TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION
AND APPOINTING ALEX BROWN TO THE RENTAL HOUSING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public meeting on October 17, 2023, during which it interviewed three applicants for two scheduled vacancies for four-year terms on the Environmental Planning Commission and five applicants for an unscheduled vacancy for a term ending April 17, 2025 on the Rental Housing Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recommended the reappointment of Alex Nuñez and appointment of Paul Donahue to the Environmental Planning Commission and appointment of Alex Brown to the Rental Housing Committee; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Mountain View hereby:
1. Reappoints Alex Nuñez and appoints Paul Donahue to the Environmental Planning Commission for the terms commencing January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027.
2. Appoints Alex Brown to the Rental Housing Committee for an unexpired term ending April 17, 2025.
