20-39 Shoreline Boathouse Café Expansion
Project will expand and remodel the commercial kitchen, reconfigure interior dining space, and add two unisex
restrooms to the Boathouse Café at Shoreline Lake. Due to the boathouse sitting on engineering fill over a closed landfill and post-tension slab structure, most of the structure will have to be rebuilt in order to expand the building footprint for a larger kitchen.
$10 million 2025

Construct a new 3-Story 75,000 sq ft public safety building to house the City’s Police Department, Fire Department
Administration, 911 Call Center, and Emergency Operations; and a 2.5-story structured parking garage. Will replace the Police and Fire Admin Building, which will be demolished as part of this project.
$150 million 2026
