1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
At 6:30 p.m., President Hicks called the meeting to order.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Boardmembers Abe-Koga, Kamei, Matichak, Ramirez, Ramos, Vice President Showalter, and President Hicks.
3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC ON NONAGENDIZED ITEMS
The following member of the public spoke:
Steven Goldstein from Mountain View discussed his living situation and requested building inspections.
4. PUBLIC HEARING
4.1 Adoption of Fiscal Year 2023 -24 Budgets, Appropriations Limit, Fee Modifications, and Funding for Fiscal Year 2023-24 Capital Improvement Projects
Finance and Administrative Services Director Derek Rampone presented the item.

Adopt Resolution No. FA -22 of the City of Mountain View Capital Improvements Financing Authority, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget Debt Service Payments, to be read in title only, further reading waived.
The motion carried by the following vote:
