A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY
ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDED FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
FOR THE MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORELINE REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY,
INCLUDING AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community held a duly noticed Study Session on April 9, 2024 and included all persons wishing to be heard regarding said Recommended Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: that the Board of Directors of the Mountain View Shoreline Regional Park Community adopts the Fiscal Year 2024 -25 Capital Improvement Program, including amendments to existing projects, as recommended by the Community Manager and amended by the Board of Directors, a copy of which is on file in the Secretary’s Office.
