1. Have we used O'Grady Paving before? Did we have a good experience with them?
O’Grady Paving has been the low responsive bidder and was awarded several past street improvement projects. Most recently O’Grady completed the Leong Drive/ Fairchild Drive Street resurfacing project.
Staff researched projects from 2018 and going forward and found four street improvement projects performed by O’Grady. Each project was completed within the contract term and within the approved budget.
