To the Housing Department,
I received the communication regarding the possibility of creating new neighborhood groups that have overlapping boundaries with existing ones, or are fully contained within. The staff recommended that this be allowed.

I have no objection to this in principle. However I believe that every household should be counted as a member of only one neighborhood for the purpose of distributing the grant funds. It obviously would be unfair if some households were counted twice for this purpose while the others are counted only once.

Thank you for your consideration of my views. I am speaking only on my own behalf and not as an officer or board member of the Wagon Wheel Neighborhood Association.

Sincerely,
Gary Rosen
Treasurer, Wagon Wheel Neighborhood Association
