1. CALL TO ORDER
At 6:42 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024, Mayor Showalter called the meeting to order.
2. ROLL CALL
Present - Mayor Showalter, Councilmember Ramirez and Councilmember Ramos.
3. MINUTES APPROVAL
Motion to approve meeting minutes of September 12, 2024.
Motion - M/S Ramos/Ramirez – Carried 3-0 – To approve the Council Neighborhood Committee Meeting Minutes of the September 12, 2024 meeting as submitted.
4. PUBLIC FORUM
An open forum on issues and concerns of residents in the Mobile Home Parks Area Neighborhood.
Members of the public were able to pre-submit questions via Formstack. City staff responded to questions pre-submitted via Formstack during the public forum on this meeting.

Anonymous from Mountain View asked about the plans for the site near the Theatre that used to have a Gold’s Gym and Laser Tag.
Sue from Mountain View asked about the development at 400 Moffett Boulevard.
Alex Brown from Mountain View asked about opening or running a home business in the parks.
Jesse Mesa from Mountain View asked about property taxes.
Jack Lee from Mountain View asked about selling mobile homes and relocation services.
Anonymous from Mountain View asked about the space rent issue and the space rent cap.
