At 9:04 a.m., Mayor Kamei called the meeting to order.

FACILITATED CITY COUNCIL TEAM-BUILDING SESSION
3.1 City Council Retreat
There were no public speakers.
The Council engaged in a facilitated discussion on fostering effective communication and working relationships, norms for working together, and Council and staff roles and responsibilities.
Nelson Fialho, Renne Public Management Group, facilitated the meeting.
By consensus, the Council reaffirmed its norms for working together and added to them:
Respectful interaction with City staff
Proper use of technology during City Council meetings
4. ADJOURNMENT
At 1:38 p.m., Mayor Kamei adjourned the meeting.
