A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW ADOPTING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE McKELVEY PARK DETENTION BASIN SCVWD COORDINATION (CIP 14-54) AS IDENTIFIED IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2029-30 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, EXCLUDING THE SHORELINE
REGIONAL PARK COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the McKelvey Park Deten tion Basin SCVWD Coordination (CIP 14-54) in Fiscal Year 2013-14; and
WHEREAS, staff is proposing to amend the project to complete remaining work to address sight lines in the ballpark bleacher seating area; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) will be cost -sharing the remedies to the bleacher seating area in an amount not to exceed $150,000; and
WHEREAS, the amendment allows for an increase to the project budget of $250,000 once received; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Mountain View adopts the proposed amendment to the McKelvey Park Detention Basin SCVWD Coordination (CIP 14-54) as identified in the Fiscal Year 2025 -26 through Fiscal Year 2029 -30 Capital Improvement Program, as recommended by the City Manager, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk’s Office.
