Dear Council Members,
I am delighted that Lindsay Hagan and her team in the CDD have put together an excellent reach code for your approval on Tuesday. The deadline imposed by AB306 was daunting (and infuriating, IMO), but the CDD staff has risen to the challenge.
Please vote in support of the reach code on Tuesday. If you have any doubt that this code will be good for Mountain View and good for the planet, please call or email me so I can understand your concerns and try to alleviate them.
Cheers,
Bruce Karney
