To whom it may be concerned,
I am the owner of town home at 918 arietta dr, mountain view, right beside the proposed project. I would like to present my strongest opposition against the project for the following reasons:
1. It is too tall, 15 stories is like building a wall on one side of my house, it would block my house from clear view, block from sunlight. It would intrude neighbors privacy. It is not acceptable to allow such tall building to sacrifice the current neighbor houses living quality.
2. It is too dense. 455 unit is way too many for such a small neighborhood with mostly one to three stories.
3. It would add unbearable amount of traffic, flood the small street with traffic and crowded on street parking.
For the reasons above, i would oppose the project as it is currently proposed, instead, i suggest the project to be no more than three stories.
please let me know if there is anything else i can do to shape the project to be considerate of its neighbor houses, instead of a high rise to damage its neighbors living quality.
