Council Sustainability Committee Minutes
April 30, 2026
Chief Sustainability and Resiliency Officer Danielle Lee and Sustainability Manager Rebecca Lucky presented the Five-Year Decarbonization Plan and Approach. They responded to the committee’s questions.

he committee reviewed and supported the staff’s recommended approach of developing a five-year decarbonization plan and the draft actions identified for inclusion in the five - year decarbonization plan. The committee also supported the draft May 2026 Council Study Session questions.
