CALL TO ORDER1.
Chair Clark called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM.
ROLL CALL - Committee members McAlister, Ramirez, and Chair Clark2.

3.1 Approve Minutes for March 5, 2025
Approved M/S Ramirez/Clark - 2-0-1; McAlister abstained.

DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS5.
5.1 Council Policy A-13 - Motions for Reconsideration
Approved as amended M/S - McAlister/Ramirez - 3-0.
The Committee amended the recommendation in the following ways:
--Keep "c"
--A motion made past the deadline is not allowed
--Prior to a motion made within the timeframe, councilmember(s) must confer with the City Manager and City Attorney
--Redlines of the final revisions will be reviewed by the Chair and then presented to Council for approval.
5.2 Council Policy and Procedures Agenda Topics Update
Committee discussed future CPPC items to consider including --Council Policy clean-up
--Muni code review for election donation deadline (to Council) --Charter change to increase Councilmember compensation COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS - NONE6.
